I discovered Wild Child at a time when I needed it most. It was the Wednesday of block break, the snow was pounding its icy coldness down onto Colorado Springs, and I was stuck at a lifeless airport. There’s something about sugary-sweet folk duos that make everything seem at least for a few minutes, that life is about attaining some mystical romance.
