This track is super smooth. It is a little tough to categorize so perhaps I’ll let Miguel’s description speak for itself. He says his music is “fly, funkadelic, intergalactic-hip-hop-meets-sexy-orgasmic crazy, dope shit.”  At least on this song I have to agree. Check out the video too.

SONG OF THE DAY: Metric — “Youth Without Youth”

Synthetica is Metric’s fifth studio album and will be released on June 12 on the band’s own label.  Justin Broadband created the precise and disorienting images for the album artwork.

SONG OF THE DAY: Schoolhouse Rock — “I Got Six”

Wait! you say. Schoolhouse Rock? Learning and fun? Good music that also teaches you your six times table?  I say Yes, yes, and yes.  Travel back in time with me to an era saturday morning cartoons did more than try to sell merchandise.
